The inspiring sight and sound of falling water draws in members of a diverse community to build miniature bridges, boats and landscapes along a complex, theatrical 100 foot long model river. Created in a storefront in a little known working class neighborhood of San Francisco called Portola. Supported by the Potrero Nuevo Fund Prize, 1998. See SF Bay Guardian Article: “Aqua Man...”
