A video installation reuniting the youth actors of BERNALTOWN five years after having completed the film. Now young adults leaving high school, the former stars decide to make a giant globe symbolizing their movement from Bernal Heights into the world beyond. The exhibition includes interviews with the kids and a newly designed mural of the children as superheroes towering over Bernal Heights. Commissioned by Co-Lab, a multi-venue exhibition featuring Bay Area artists who collaborate with youth, 2002.
